Disclaimer: Before we begin, I just want to make clear that I do NOT own Setsuna & Sara Mudo; Sakuya Kira; or Tweedledee & Tweedledum! They belong to the creator/s of Angel Sanctuary and the Kiddy Grade series respectively. Also I do NOT own the song “Let Me Go”! It was made and sung by Avril Lavigne W/ Chad Kroeger. With the disclaimer taken care of, let’s begin.)

Setsuna Mudo was in his room, all alone. Not that it bothered him as much, the real problem was that his sister, Sara Mudo, was not with him. He was still realing from her sudden death and he was completely lost, except for one person. Right before she died, Sara said to him, “Follow your heart, I know that you love him. That young man from another world.” Those words still haunt Setsuna as he was still trying to get over the fact that his sister, the one that he loves, was no longer with him. Just then a song started to play; and Setsuna could not help but sing along as his thoughts went to his sister.

Love that once hung on the wall
Used to mean something, but now it means nothing
The echoes are gone in the hall
But I still remember, the pain of December

As the song plays, Setsuna still laments over the fact that his sister is gone from his life. Not even a miracle could bring her back. She was gone and there was nothing he could do, and he knew it. His thoughts went back to his sister’s last words.

Oh, there isn’t one thing left you could say
I’m sorry it’s too late

‘That young man from another world.’ It had been too long since he met him, Tweedledum. It was a chance encounter that those two met; and since then, nothing was ever the same for Setsuna. Which was what costed him his sister in the long run. But now after hearing those words from his sister, it seems that he just can not keep the thought of Tweedledum out of his head; even when he was lamenting over the loss of his sister, he still kept secretly thinkning about Tweedledum.

I’m breaking free from these memories
Gotta let it go, just let it go
I’ve said goodbye
Set it all on fire
Gotta let it go, just let it go

At the same time and in another world, Tweedledum was at his place alone. Things were never the same after his mission to that other world. His partner and sister for a very long, Tweedledee, finally left him and he was all alone. He developed an attachment to his sister that bordered on the incest level; but now he was not sure what to do without his sister being there for him.

Then he remembered her last words to him before she left forever, “If you’re that upset that I am leaving you, why don’t you go back to that young man that you seem to be more interested in.” Just as he continued to lament about no longer having his sister and partner anymore, one of the songs that he picked up from his journey to the other world played and he just could not help but to sing.

You came back to find I was gone
And that place is empty,
Like the hole that was left in me
Like we were nothing at all
It’s not what you meant to me
Thought we were meant to be

Tweedledum could definitely relate to that part of the song. He definitely had a hole in his heart and thought that he and his sister Tweedledee were meant to be with each other forever; but now that she left him for Lumiere, he does not know what to do or where to turn to.

Oh, there isn’t one thing left you could say
I’m sorry it’s too late

Tweedledum then remembered those words that his sister said, ‘why don’t you go back to that young man that you seem to be more interested in.’ Then he remembered who she was referring to, Setsuna Mudo. When they first met, it was not pretty, they fought and did not get along; but the more time they spent, they started to get along. When Tweedledum returned to his world, he was changed forever; even his thoughts of him changed.

He started to think more about him every day. He thought about Setsuna so much that he did not bother his sister at all. It was almost like Tweedledum was yearning for something, something that he never knew that he wanted. Love, from someone other than his sister.

I’m breaking free from these memories
Gotta let it go, just let it go
I’ve said goodbye
Set it all on fire
Gotta let it go, just let it go

Setsuna Mudo and Tweedledum each turned around and then walked over to a picture of themselves with their sisters, getting a little emotional as they see the picture as the song continues to play.

I let it go and now I know
A brand new life is down this road
And when it’s right, you always know
So this time I won’t let go

Then tears started to fall down both Setsuna and Tweedledum’s faces as they each realized the meaning behind what their sisters were trying to tell them: Listen to your heart, and go for the person that you love. And with that, the two of them acknowledged in their hearts that they both love each other.

There’s only one thing left here to say
Love’s never too late

Then out of nowhere, Setsuna and Tweedledum threw the picture towards the wall; breaking the frame into pieces. Then they both went out of their appartments, slamming the door on their way out, and went to walk in the park to get their emotions together.

I’ve broken free from those memories
I’ve let it go, I’ve let it go
And two goodbyes led to this new life
Don’t let me go, don’t let me go

As they each walked down the path in their world’s respective parks, they just had to let it all sink in. They were each in love with the other, their sisters were telling them to follow their hearts, and that they would find the happiness that they seeked. Setsuna and Tweedledum were still not certain if it was true or not; so they let out a very loud and tearful scream that was very emotional for both of them.

Don’t let me go, don’t let me go, don’t let me go, don’t let me go

Then something very weird happend, Setsuna turned around to see that a mirror has appeared behind him. He heard about this from Sakuya Kira. “When two people’s hearts yearn for the other, no matter how far the distance they are; a mirror will appear to let them see that person wherever they are.” With that thought and the thought that he was in love with Tweedledum in mind, he walked over to the mirror.

The same thing that happened to Setsuna was also happening to Tweedledum in his world. He also turned around to see that a mirror appeared behind him as well. Confused by this, he walked over to the mirror to see what it was all about.

As they both got closer, what Sakuya said to Setsuna was real. In front of him, he saw Tweedledum in the world that he was living in looking at him; Tweedledum was also surprised to see that he was not seeing his own reflection, but he was seeing Setsuna Mudo in the world that he was living in looking right back at him. They did not say much for that brief moment, then Setsuna sung eight simple words from the very song that he heard over the radio.

Won’t let you go, don’t let me go

Then Tweedledum, getting the hint, said the same eight words as well.

Won’t let you go, don’t let me go

They each said those eight words one more time to each other. Then as they got closer to the mirror, with tears rolling down their eyes, they placed their hands on the mirror and gave the other a kiss. It was emotional; but both of them knew what they saw in the mirror was true and they said it to the other.

Setsuna…..

Tweedledum…..

……I love you.

Here is the Sequel.

Disclaimer: This is the sequel to “Setsuna Mudoh X Tweedledum: Don’t Let Me Go”. I do NOT own Setsuna Mudoh, Tweedledum, Tweedledee, Sinistra, Dextera, Eclipse, GOTT, or the ES group! They belong to the creator/s of Angel Sanctuary and Kiddy Grade. I also do NOT own the song “Ordinary World”, it was made and sung by the group Duran Duran.

It was a rainy Thursday Night; and Tweedledum entered his placed, soaked to the bone and even more upset about the mission that he failed. It was the same thing for some time after his sister, Tweedledee, left him. It was getting to the point that he started thinking about leaving GOTT; but where would he go and who would accept him. The thoughts of Eclipse’s words telling him that there may be consequences for falling missions for some time. Tweedledum needed to relax and drown those words from his mind.

Came in from a rainy Thursday
On the avenue
Thought I heard you talking softly

He tried everything to deal with those words; from watching some TV, to listening to the radio, all to no avail. He thought about going to get some sleep; but he knew that he was not going to be able to do that. Then he looked at The Mirror that was on his dresser, The Mirror that appeared from out of nowhere during that time. He remembered what he saw on the other end of the mirror. Setsuna Mudoh, the young man that he met sometime ago; and the person that he fell in love with, only accepting it after his sister left him.

Seeing as it may be the only way for him to get it all out of him, Tweedledum walked over to the dresser and picked up The Mirror. And on the other side of The Mirror was Setsuna Mudoh, almost as if he knew. With tears in his eyes, Tweedledum poured his heart out and said everything about what happened to him during the mission and what he was going through with GOTT.

I turned on the lights, the TV
And the radio
Still I can’t escape the ghost of you

Setsuna Mudoh was happy to hear Tweedledum poor his heart out, especially that part about him wanting to leave GOTT. He wanted to help him, since they were both lovers; but even he was stumped on how he would be able to solve this. So he simply gave Tweedledum some words of encouragement and placed his hand on The Mirror. Tweedledum, feeling a little bit more better, also placed his hand on The Mirror as well.

What has happened to it all?
Crazy, some are saying
Where is the life that I recognize?

Setsuna wanted to hold Tweedledum’s hand; but he knew that it would be impossible, so he decided to do it anyway. Then for some unknown reason, The Mirror let him. Tweedledum was also just as surprised to see this, Setsuna’s own hand was holding his own and it was through The Mirror. Just then Tweedledum felt Setsuna trying to pull him for some reason. The suddeness of this surprise pull forced them both to drop The Mirror; luckily it landed softly on their beds.

Gone away

Tweedledum asked Setsuna if he was okay, and luckily he was. They were both surprised by what they both just experienced. Setsuna holding Tweedledum’s hand and then he tried to pull him through The Mirror. Setsuna then thought about another thing about The Mirror that Sakuya Kira said to him, “Whenever things get really emotional or if someone truly wants to help the person that they love. The Mirror will do anything possible, even something that would be truly impossible. The only thing is that they have to have their hands together.” With what they both saw firsthand, Tweedledum and Setsuna decided that they would try that again on another day; to see if that something truly impossible can be true.

But I won’t cry for yesterday
There’s an ordinary world
Somehow I have to find
And as I try to make my way
To the ordinary world
I will learn to survive

The next day at GOTT HQ, Tweedledum got yet another verbal assault from Eclipse about failing yet another mission. After slamming the door of his boss’ office, Tweedledum was approached by Sinistra and Dextera. Dextera said, “It was your pride, your pride with being with your sister that teared you both apart.”

Then Tweedledum yelled, “Forget my pride!” Then he calmed down and said, “I feel there’s nothing left for me here.” Then Sinistra said, “You know that they will never let you leave.” Tweedledum then countered by saying, “I’m not just saying that there’s nothing left for me here at GOTT, I’m also saying that there’s nothing left for me in this world.” He then thought of something completely crazy, and decided to run out of GOTT HQ as fast as he could.

Passion or coincidence
Once prompted you to say
“Pride will tear us both apart”
Well now pride’s gone out the window
Cross the rooftops
Run away
Left me in the vacuum of my heart

As Tweedledum returned to his place, he grabbed The Mirror and asked Setsuna if he was ready for what they were both going to do. He knew what he was mentioning; but they had to do it where no one would ever know. With what they were both going to do, Tweedledum began to pack his backpack with as much as he could get in it. They both had the same crazy thought in their heads, ‘If The Mirror can allow Setsuna to hold Tweedledum’s hand, will it allow the same thing to happen by pulling that person into the other world?’

With his bag packed with as much stuff as he could put in, Tweedledum grabbed The Mirror and left his apartment. As he was walking across a bridge to the destination, he threw his apartment key into the water. He knew that he was never coming back after what Setsuna and himself were going to do. It took some time; but he eventually reached the destination, a very tall building.

What is happening to me?
Crazy, some’d say
Where is my friend when I need you most?
Gone away

Tweedledum reached the very top of the building, taking a very long look at the bottom. He knew that it was a very big risk; but he knew that it was the only way to keep his fellow GOTT members from not even following him. He knew that he loved Setsuna; and he knew that he wanted to be with him, no matter how crazy it would be. He looked in The Mirror and asked Setsuna if he was at his location and was also ready, Setsuna said that he was. So they eached put their hands on The Mirror, and Setsuna did the same thing that he the last time. Fortunately, it did allow him to hold Tweeldedum’s hand again.

After a moment of emotion of them being able to hold the other’s hand, they were ready to do what they were going to do. So Tweedledum walked over to the edge of the building and was ready to jump; however Eclipse and the rest of the ES arrived as well, even Tweedledee came as well. They tried to stop him from jumping and Eclipse even said that she was willing to help him with his problems.

Tweedledum turned around, which gave most of them a shock; seeing him with his hand in a mirror. He then said to Eclipse, “I’m sorry Boss; but I’m never coming back, ever.” Then he threw his GOTT badge to the ground at Eclipse’s feet. He saw Tweedledee, gave a sweet smile to her and said, “I’m doing what you told me when you left.” With those words, he said to the mirror if he was ready; and he was. With tears in his eyes and a smile on his face, Tweedledum jumped from the building.

But I won’t cry for yesterday
There’s an ordinary world
Somehow I have to find
And as I try to make my way
To the ordinary world
I will learn to survive

As Tweedledum was rapidly falling towards the ground in his world; Setsuna saw what he was doing and was ready for what he had to do. Setsuna still had his hand through The Mirror, so he put his other hand through The Mirror. Tweedledum saw it and grabbed hold of Setsuna’s other hand. As the ground got closer, Setsuna said to Tweedledum, “On Three, I will pull as hard as I can!” Tweedledum nodded and Setsuna said, “One…..Two…..”

As Eclipse, Tweedledee, and the rest of the ES made their way to the bottom to try and save Tweedledum; they heard a loud crash. Thinking the very worst, they ran down as fast as they could. But once they reached the bottom; the only thing that they saw was the mirror, shattered into pieces. There was no sign of Tweedledum at all, not even a single limb. Eclipse said to herself, “Where the hell did you go?”

Papers in the roadside
Tell of suffering and greed
Here today, forgot tomorrow
Ooh, here besides the news
Of holy war and holy need
Ours is just a little sorrowed talk

As the ground got closer, Setsuna said to Tweedledum, “On Three, I will pull as hard as I can!” Tweedledum nodded and Setsuna said, “One…..Two…..THREE!!” And then Setsuna pulled as hard as he could to get Tweedledum out of his world and into the other. Then Setsuna did one big pull, and finally Tweedledum came flying out of The Mirror and on top of him.

Tweedledum had his eyes closed after grabbing Setsuna’s other hand for the pull into his world, hoping that it would work. After some time, he opened his eyes to see Setsuna in front of him and on the ground. The two did not say anything for a few minutes, letting them take the moment in.

And I don’t cry for yesterday
There’s an ordinary world
Somehow I have to find
And as I try to make my way
To the ordinary world
I will learn to survive

After a few minutes, with tears in his eyes; Setsuna started to laugh, then Tweedledum started to laugh as well. They both know that it actually worked, The Mirror allowed Setsuna to pull Tweedledum out of his world and into Setsuna’s world. Then Setsuna said to Tweedledum, “It worked Tweedledum! You’re free!” Tweedledum, also with tears in his eyes, gave Setsuna a sweet smile and said, “Thank you Setsuna! I’m glad!” Then he gave Setsuna a very passionate kiss; one filled with emotion, release, and the fact that this time it was real and that they were no longer bound to The Mirror.

Every one
Is my world, I will learn to survive
Any one
Is my world, I will learn to survive
Any one
Is my world
Every one
Is my world

After the kiss, Tweedledum picked Setsuna up and then Setsuna said, “Let’s begin the first day of our new lives together, Tweedledum.” Then Tweedledum, with his backpack of stuff from his apartment, said, “Indeed Setsuna, I’m sure that it will be more fun with you here.” Then they decided to hold hands and walk into that new life.

Setsuna Mudoh X Tweedledum: Another World

Disclaimer: I do not own Setsuna Mudoh or Tweedledum. Setsuna Mudoh belongs to the creator/s of Angel Sanctuary and Tweedledum belongs to the creator/s of Kiddy Grade. I also do not own the song “Dreaming of Another World”. It was created, sung, and owned by the band, Mystery Jets.

The alarm clock started to ring out very loud within the bedroom; so loud that it woke up the person that was in the bed. The hand of the person in the bed slowly made its way towards the alarm clock; once it reached the constantly ringing alarm clock, it turned the alarm off and the person in the bed slowly woke up. Setsuna Mudoh gave off a little yawn, he really needed to get that alarm clock dealt with at some point.

He turned over to his side and said to the person on the other side with a smile, “Hey man, it’s time to get up.” Then he gave that person a kiss on his forehead. Then Tweedledum woke up very slowly, gazing into the eyes of Setsuna. With a smile on his face, Tweedledum said, “Good morning, Setsuna.” Setsuna then said, “Good morning, Tweedledum.”

It’s a trick of the eye to live or to die
A riddle without a clue
I spend my days in a dreamy haze
Thinking of what to do

It had been a few days after the bold move that Setsuna and Tweedledum did, having Setsuna pull Tweedledum from his world into Setsuna’s world; at the risk of destroying The Mirror in the process. However, it did not matter for them; since they were now finally together in the same world.

The first few days were just to get Tweedledum settled in to being in a different world, and some fun between the two of them. Today, they decided to have some fun outside and do a little sightseeing around town and other things. They both agreed; but they both wanted to start with Breakfast first before doing any sightseeing.

Setsuna and Tweedledum had some Chocolate Chip Waffles with some fruit, Milk, and some Orange Juice; and for most of the time, they just talked about the many things that have happened to them within such a certain amount of time. From the first time they ever met, which started out with the two of them fighting about many things; to the moment that changed their lives forever; to the events involving The Mirror, which included Setsuna pulling Tweedledum through The Mirror; and them living together, they really had a lot to talk about.

When the sun comes down, night is all around
I shed my skin, tread it on your ground
Go to a place where the people make a crowd
Find your pace and do what’s not allowed

After a very good Breakfast, the two got changed and head out for their fun sightseeing experience. For Tweedledum, it was a very sobering experience; because he came from a world that had fast moving spaceships and more futuristic things, and here he was walking side by side with the person that he loved in the same world towards certain sites. For Tweedledum it was truly like dreaming of another world, except that it was real

Dreaming of another world, dreaming of another world
Dreaming of another world, dreaming of another
You always seem to talk all through the night
And you always seem to make it home alright

During one point at the park, Setsuna and Tweedledum both took a look at each other and started to slowly remember their respective sisters and how they each lost them in some way. For Setsuna, his sister, Sara, was tragically killed; and for Tweedledum, his sister, Tweedledee, she left him. While they did love them before; both sisters each told their brother to be with each other, and they were right because they were together with each other.

It’s a sorry tale when a dream turn stale
I need a bolt from the blue
I once loved before, does it matter anymore?
‘Cause now it might be you

After a nice lunch, the two of them were off again for some more sightseeing. Just as Setsuna was looking at a few places, Tweedledum noticed a something out of the corner of his eye. Some time later, Setsuna came back to where Tweedledum was, Tweedledum was still there and they were off again.

When the sun comes up burning out the night
We stretch our limbs and walk into the light
There’s nothing left to say, sleep as the dead
It’s time to live out the dreams inside your head

Setsuna and Tweedledum continued on their sightseeing tour, stopping at a few more places and taking in the sights. Setsuna was wondering why Tweedledum was keeping quiet for some time, which only happened after Setsuna returned from looking at a few places.

When Setsuna asked Tweedledum what was going on; Tweedledum simply said, “Just wait, it’s all in the timing.” Which made Setsuna a little uneasy.

Dreaming of another world, dreaming of another world
Dreaming of another world, dreaming of another
You always seem to talk all through the night
And you always seem to make it home alright

After stopping at a good restuarant to have some dinner, the two finally stopped at the park that was responsible for the appearance of The Mirror and for Tweedledum to be pulled into Setsuna’s world; and for them, it would be the sight of another important moment for the two of them.

Setsuna Mudoh was looking at the sky; happy for spending so much time with his lover Tweedledum; but wondering what he meant by “all in the timing”. He was feeling a little upset that he might be leaving him, which would be sad for him; however, all his fears was put to rest when Tweedledum came up from behind, embraced him from behind, and placed something around his neck, a unique necklace with half of a heart.

Just try, try to scrape the sky
Only once, once before you die
Do something that will make your mother cry
The dream, dream of another world

Setsuna looked at the words that were on the heart, “You co” on the top and the bottom said “Sweet”. Setsuna turned around to see Tweedledum holding the other half of the necklace with the rest of the words on it, “mplete me” and “heart”. Tweedledum then said to Setsuna, “While you were looking around, I noticed these two necklaces at a jewelry store. So I figured why not buy them and surprise you with it.” He then smiled.

Setsuna walked over to Tweedledum and put the two heart necklaces together, which he said, “You complete me Sweetheart.” He then looked up at Tweedledum, then he gave him a very passionate kiss. Tweedledum returned the favor as the two just stood there, not moving one bit.

Dreaming of another world, dreaming of another world
Dreaming of another world, dreaming of another world
Dreaming of another world, dreaming of another
You always seem to talk all through the night
And you always seem to make it home alright

As the two stood there, embracing each other in a kiss. They both had a long journey to be with each other; from being two separate people who had problems and a strange love with their sisters, to falling in love, everything in between, and pulling Tweedledum into Setsuna’s world. Once they returned back home, they went to bed and looked into the other and laughed for the day that had and decided to at least have one more bit of fun before going to bed.

To them, this was their world; and no one would ever take that away from either of them.
